1. Introduction
This General Contract governs all services provided by Re Create Technologies, including but not limited to:
- Website design & development
- IT solutions & digital transformation
- Branding & creative design
- Social media marketing & management
- SEO, PPC, and digital marketing campaigns
- E-commerce development
- Custom development projects
- Maintenance & support services
By signing this contract, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.
2. Scope of Work
A detailed Project Scope / Proposal will be created for each new client outlining:
- Deliverables
- Timelines
- Features & functionality
- Milestones
- Total project cost
This document becomes an attachment to this General Contract.
3. Payment Terms
- 50% advance is required to start the project (unless otherwise agreed).
- Remaining 50% is payable at completion, before final delivery or server deployment.
- All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Additional features, revisions, or scope changes will be billed separately.
4. Revisions & Feedback Policy
- Each design/development phase includes two rounds of revisions.
- Extra revisions will incur additional charges.
- Delays in client feedback may extend delivery timelines.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All designs, code, and assets remain the property of Re | Create until full payment is received.
- After full payment, ownership of completed work is transferred to the client.
- Re | Create retains the right to showcase the project in portfolios and marketing materials.
- “Re | Create” name, logo, branding, and all trademarks are fully protected and cannot be used without permission.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project materials, strategies, login credentials, and business information.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete project information.
- Deliver timely feedback.
- Supply required text, content, images, or brand materials.
- Ensure legal compliance of the content they provide.
8. Timeline & Delivery
- Project timelines begin after the advance payment and required content are received.
- Re | Create is not responsible for delays caused by late submissions, third-party issues, or client-side changes.
9. Maintenance & Support
If maintenance services are purchased, Re | Create will provide:
- Bug fixes
- Website backups
- Hosting assistance
- Basic content updates
Maintenance is not included unless explicitly mentioned in the project proposal.
10. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Re | Create provides services on an “as-is” basis.
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of data
- Hosting issues
- Third-party failures
- Security breaches caused by client misuse
- Downtime caused by hosting or external services
11. Termination Policy
Either party can terminate the agreement with written notice.
Payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
Work completed until the termination date must be paid in full.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Pakistan and handled in the courts of Islamabad (or your preferred jurisdiction).
13. Acceptance of This Agreement
By signing this General Contract or proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges acceptance of all terms listed in this agreement.
